Shipping policy
1. Shipping Locations We currently only ship domestically within the United States, including FPO and APO addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
2. Processing Time
Apparel Purchases:
- Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Custom Nightlight Orders:
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping. Delivery times are typically 5-7 business days from the date of shipping.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Shipping Costs A flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 will be charged for all orders. Orders over $150 will receive free shipping.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Since we only ship domestically, there are no customs fees, duties, or international taxes applied to your order.
7. Damages Lily & Spruce Co. is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
